When is this sprint not the right fit?
If you only want generic AI or software recommendations, or expect a complete company transformation in seven days, this is not the right offer. We also need access to an appropriate decision-maker and suitable workflow examples. The free fit call checks whether one bottleneck can be scoped for the sprint—not a full business audit.
How much of my team’s time will this take?
We agree the people and examples needed before starting. Expect a focused kickoff and short validation checkpoints—not interviews with the whole company. If the workflow needs broader discovery, we say so on the fit call.
Do we have to replace our existing software?
Not by default. We start with the current workflow and tools. Any proposed change, integration limitation, or replacement is explained before you commit to full implementation.
Is the prototype ready to run my business?
No. It is a working sandbox for evaluating one agreed journey. Production hardening, deployment, security approvals and migration are separate implementation work.
What happens after the 30-day preview?
Hosted prototype access ends 30 days after handover. You retain the walkthrough, documentation and roadmap. Continued hosting or implementation needs a separate agreement; nothing renews automatically.
Do I receive the source code?
No. Source-code transfer is not included in this sprint. Any later source-code or licensing arrangement must be agreed in writing as part of a separate engagement.
How do you handle confidential information?
Do not send credentials or confidential documents through this form. Before the sprint, we agree access, confidentiality and suitable redacted or synthetic examples. Any NDA or data-processing requirements are settled before access is granted.
When do I pay?
Applying and the fit call are free. If we agree the sprint is suitable, you receive a written scope and a $1,500 USD invoice plus applicable taxes, confirmed before payment. The seven-calendar-day clock starts once scope, required access and payment are confirmed.
Do I have to buy the implementation afterwards?
No. You can evaluate the prototype and recommendations without a commitment to continue. Full implementation is a separate, optional engagement. There is no guarantee of commercial or operational results.
