SPRINT-SPECIFIC PRIVACY NOTICE · 30 AUGUST 2026

Your workflow context stays purposeful.

Private review draft. The provider’s full legal identity, applicable transfer safeguards and final legal wording must be confirmed before public launch.

Who handles your application

AutomationDFY provides this campaign page. Marcel is responsible for application review and deletion requests. Contact [email protected] about your information.

What we collect and why

The application collects your name, work email, company, website, country, role, team-size band, workflow, tools and desired improvement. Phone is optional. We record your acknowledgements, submission time and booking-verification state. This information is used to assess your request and arrange a fit call, not to enrol you in an automated marketing sequence.

Please do not submit credentials, confidential client records, special-category personal information or documents. We agree suitable examples, confidentiality and access separately before a sprint.

Where it goes

Application records are stored in AutomationDFY’s Supabase project in the Paris region, and reviewed through Supabase Table Editor. The site is hosted through Vercel for this preview. A separate private Sites preview is also maintained. After your application is saved, Cal.com receives your name and email to prefill its booking form. Cal.com processes scheduling information under its own privacy notice. If you use the direct link, use the same email so Marcel can reconcile the booking.

Cookies and optional analytics

The walkthrough is hosted by Loom (Atlassian). Its player loads only when you select “Load video”; opening the direct Loom link also connects you to that provider. Loom may process technical connection and playback data under its own privacy policy. Your application answers are not passed to the player.

An essential, signed HttpOnly session cookie binds this browser to your application for up to 24 hours. It contains no application answers. A hashed, daily network identifier may be used to limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses are not saved to the application table.

Optional first-party analytics run only after you choose “Allow analytics.” They record page visits, application starts and completions, and calendar display using an anonymous visit identifier and approved campaign codes. No name, email, application text, full referrer URL or search phrase is sent with analytics. You can withdraw through “Analytics preferences.” Withdrawal stops future events; your application is unaffected.

Loom playback is measured by Loom, separately from our optional first-party analytics. This embed does not report video-play or completion milestones to our application analytics.

Retention and deletion

Marcel reviews non-customer applications for deletion after 90 days. Customer records may need to be retained under the separate engagement and legal obligations. Anonymous event records are retained for up to 90 days. Provider backups follow the provider’s retention schedule. Retention review is an owner-operated process, not a promise of immediate erasure from every backup.

Your rights and questions

Contact Marcel to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Where applicable, you may also request restriction, portability or object to processing, and complain to the relevant data-protection authority, including the CNIL in France. A request to arrange a call does not opt you into marketing.
